A unique organizational division, our Quality group acts as an independent third-party in the engineering and manufacturing process, always representing the needs of the customer. They take a hands-on role in identifying and solving challenges that affect every aspect of customer satisfaction with our product—from avoiding ordinary quality issues that might inconvenience the customer to quality perception issues that contribute to shopper avoidance, and to preventing performance and service issues that would diminish the vehicle's consumer ranking or impact customer loyalty.
Our Quality organization has a very technical focus. You will work with engineering professionals who have a variety of backgrounds—from mechanical engineers to electrical engineers, from material engineers to industrial engineers and even chemical engineers. You will also work with project managers and data analysts—professionals from a number of disciplines—who help us examine our product and performance from every angle. These are dedicated troubleshooters, trained in quality methodologies from Shainin to Six Sigma, who can take an impartial and critical eye to every process, every component and every facet of the customer experience.
