Community Support / Partnership
Since providing its initial grant in 1953, the FCA Foundation has invested more than $500 million dollars in charitable organizations, forging partnerships to build strong, viable communities.
Today, the FCA Foundation has a renewed energy and focus on driving change in its communities by supporting: education programs that inspire young minds, particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math; the needs of active military service members, veterans and their families; organizations that promote inclusion and opportunity for diverse populations; and student mentoring and other youth development programs.
Be an Engine for Change
"Constructing a better world must go hand in hand with achieving business objectives. A better world, not just for today, but for those who will follow"

In support of this mission, our Motor Citizens volunteer program provides salaried employees in North America with 18 hours of paid time off each year to make a difference in the world through volunteerism.
As a result, numerous schools, parks and community centers have been beautified by our Motor Citizens. Employees help support children’s reading programs, career fairs and the Special Olympics. Also, they help spread cheer during the holiday season by organizing food and toy drives.
Additionally, the Motor Citizens Grants program, funded by The FCA Foundation, provides eligible charities with $500 grants to supplement volunteer hours performed by 10 or more FCA employees, subject to program guidelines.
