Corporate Leadership Development Program

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US LLC’s Corporate Leadership Development (CLD) Program is a highly selective opportunity for aspiring leaders to join an interdisciplinary community of achievers.

Managed by the FCA US LLC Corporate Audit team, CLD participants work with and lead cross-functional audit project teams to receive an accelerated learning opportunity through:
  • Analyzing comprehensive business processes,
  • Identifying systemic financial and/or operational risks, and
  • Driving improvement for identified areas.
CLD Participants will have the ability to strengthen and develop their leadership skills by working on the audit projects as well as participate in:
  • Complete a Behavioral and Development Assessment  with professional feedback,
  • Choose a curriculum specific to individual needs,
  • Participate in Leadership enrichment classes, and
  • Receive an Executive Mentoring, Program Coaching, and CLD Peer Mentoring.
Over the course of the program, participants are continuously learning the business by working on a variety of audit projects which are designed to mitigate risk and optimize workflow in the following functional areas:
  • Manufacturing
  • Brands
  • Network Development
  • Sales
  • Finance
  •  Purchasing and Supplier Quality 
  •  Vehicle Safety and Regulatory Compliance
  • Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Quality
  •  Design
  • Corporate Staffs
  • And Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
At the conclusion of each audit project, CLDs present their findings to members of the Executive Management Team.  
Upon completion of program requirements, CLD graduates are equipped with an extensive professional network and strong business foundation necessary for future success at FCA.
To be considered for the program, qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • MBA or a Master's degree (various majors) or CPA
  • 2-6 years of professional work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented culture
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Advanced technical and quantitative skills
  • Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel  (local and international)
No Previous Audit experience required.
